CORDUS TECHNOLOGIES INC. grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensed, non-commercial and personal license to use our services include cooltab.org and corresponding browser extension. Updates, upgrades, patches and modifications may be necessary in order to be able to continue to use the Product. While using the Product, You agree to comply will all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

2. Please refrain from the following

All trademarks, service marks, trade dress and other intellectual property rights associated with our products and the Content are the sole property of cooltab.org or its affiliates or partners.

We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defence and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with our defence of these claims.

cooltab.org is not responsible for an inability to read these Terms of Use due to the fact that the terms are displayed in the English language. In the event that these Terms and Conditions are translated into any language other than English, the terms of the English Language version shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
